1400km fibre optic cable journey: the story behind the order to delivery
After many days of hard work the company's staff held in-depth discussions with the customer's Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to understand their needs in detail. They needed a fibre optic cable solution that was high performance, reliable and suitable for long distance transmission. After carefully analysing different types of fibre optic cables, we jointly decided to go for 2.0mm single-mode fibre optic cables as they were excellent in terms of cost-effectiveness, bandwidth and reliability.
